Dear Families,

We hope this message finds you well.

We want to address a growing concern regarding late payments and delays in accessing funds from tax-free childcare accounts. As a service-oriented organisation, it is essential for us to receive payments in a timely manner to maintain the quality of care and services we provide.

At Nature Trail, we take pride in listening to each family's needs and working collaboratively to ensure satisfaction. However, we have recently observed an increase in late payments, which can impact our operations.

To address this issue, we have reviewed our payment policies and will now require all parents to make payments within 5 days of starting with Nature Trail Nursery.

We are committed to assisting you with any questions regarding funding and tax-free childcare; however, we must emphasise that it is your responsibility to set up these accounts and provide the necessary information promptly.

Additionally, if we introduce any special offers, we will provide at least one month’s notice before their removal.

For families utilising both funded and private placements, please note that we will monitor payments for the private placement. If payments are not up to date after 4 weeks, we will reserve the right to provide only the funded placement until the account is brought up to date. In this case, the private place may be offered to families on our waiting list.

We have been collaborating with I-connect over the past few weeks to enhance the clarity and transparency of our invoices. We appreciate your patience during this transition period. As we navigate the changes brought about by the new funding agreements, we remain committed to providing clear and straightforward communication regarding your invoices and payments. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our processes at Nature Trail.

As a last resort, we will implement late payment fees in accordance with the guidelines set by the Small Business Commission. This fee will be 2% of the total invoice amount. We want to assure you that we will be transparent about this charge and will notify you in advance before applying any late payment fees, allowing you sufficient time to settle your account. Thank you for your understanding.

If we have claimed your government funding it will be for the term.  

1st September- 31st December
1st January- 31st April
1st May - 31st August

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement these changes. We believe they will help us better manage our resources and continue providing the excellent childcare service you expect.

When it’s time for you to move to big school we may need to inform you of a final balance on your account.  This is due to some families paying a month behind.  A full breakdown will be sent with your final invoice.  

If you have any queries regarding your monthly invoices / payments, please can you speak directly to the Admin Office by email on naturetrailnurseryoffice@gmail.com.   The Admin Office working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
