Healthy Eating

At Nature Trail Nursery we encourage a healthy eating program.

The team have produced a two week rota menu using a guidance from The Recipe for Health Awards. We have been awarded Gold, Silver & Bronze from Lancashire County Council

We educate children on the benefits of healthy eating & how to achieve a healthy body by using various types of homemade and seasonal foods. We also provide them with opportunities to use their bodies in a variety of ways to encourage children to enjoy being healthy & active.
